The typical scope of our engineering services for new plants includes:

To prepare Techno Economic Feasibility Reports
To undertake the complete and detailed project engineering as per client requirements.
To present plant drawings (Optional in 3D CAD – on demand)
To identify and define technical specifications for the complete plant machinery including bought-out items.
To conduct project activities as per selected and approved technology and within quality, time and cost constraints.
To develop and enforce project plans and schedules.
To select and arrange required erection teams based on specific deliverable requirements.
To establish procedures and the scope of different teams / suppliers.
To manage and supervise all project teams and erection and commissioning activities.

How we work with new clients and next steps

Our way of working is unique in that we work in close partnership with clients to fully understand their requirements and project aims before we set out to develop the most optimal technical solution and subsequently implement it.

We typically charge a fixed fee for the total project engineering as well as project management which is dependent upon the type of the plant and technology as well as capacity required.

There are numerous technical variables that need to be taken into account in order for new projects to be deemed a success by clients. With all our projects, I personally provide technological guidance throughout the entire project and a dedicated engineering team oversees the project management in close collaboration with your head of engineering.
